Despite the pandemic and all the challenges it has presented us over the past few months, we are very pleased to announce that we have successfully welcomed two new clinics to our Diaverum family.
In June 2020, Diaverum took over the management of the dialysis clinics in Havant and Salisbury, after a successful tender process. Despite the pandemic and all the challenges it has presented over the past few months, we are pleased with the successful transition to Diaverum of the patients and staff.
Diaverum purchased the existing dialysis and medical equipment from the previous provider, in order to minimise the amount of change for patients and staff. We will now work to invest in the clinics and replace equipment over time in a planned way, enabling staff to evaluate new equipment. At the same time, we are building a strong working relationship with the renal team at the Trust, to ensure seamless care for every patient.
We are very much enjoying this new partnership, and we are looking forward to working with the NHS team, to further develop the service at both clinics in the coming years.
