Cheryl joined Diaverum in January 2025, bringing over 20 years of extensive operational leadership and strategic expertise, primarily in the NHS and healthcare sector. Cheryl has a proven track record of managing large-scale operations, driving transformative service improvements, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Her career highlights include leading service turnarounds and driving significant performance enhancements at BPAS and Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust. At BPAS, Cheryl managed a cross-functional workforce of 900 employees across 54 sites, demonstrating her exceptional ability to lead and develop large teams while delivering patient-centric care. Cheryl has collaborated extensively with key stakeholders, including the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and the Department of Health, underscoring her commitment to regulatory excellence and quality assurance.

Cheryl holds a BSc (Hons) in Midwifery from the University of Central England, an Advanced Postgraduate Diploma in Neonatal Care from the University of Middlesex, and a Master’s in Independent Prescribing from the University of Manchester. She has also completed NHS Frontline Leadership Courses and mentorship certifications, equipping her with the skills to inspire and lead diverse teams.

Cheryl is deeply passionate about improving patient care and outcomes. She thrives on developing innovative operational strategies that empower teams and enhance healthcare delivery.
